Scope of work
An iconic hotel located in the southernmost city of the U.S., We coordinated closely with hotel management to minimize disruptions to guests during construction. Our work included the application of a 6,000 SF traffic coating system in designated areas. We also replaced approximately 40 windows between the East and South elevations in collaboration with the interior general contractor. Additionally, we addressed concrete and stucco cracks, repaired exterior deficiencies, and completed a full facade repainting, as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
